The City of Boston Credit Union has selected its new President/CEO, Lisa Perrin, who will join the Credit Union effective July 15, 2024.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success. She embodies genuine empathy towards strategy, innovation, and member satisfaction. “Through close collaboration with the Board of Directors and staff, I believe we will create and execute a vision that will position the City of Boston Credit Union for growth and success in an increasingly competitive and dynamic market, Lisa Perrin stated.” During her time at her previous credit union, Lisa initiated a transformation by introducing technological and cyber security enhancements, implementing rebranding efforts, and launching new products. Her focus on fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and ethical behavior led to notable outcomes, including asset size growth, improved efficiency and compliance ratings, and heightened profitability.
